Information we collect

When you submit a quote or contact form, DESO collects the details you provide, including name, phone, email, enquiry type, message, source page, IP address and browser information needed to process the enquiry and reduce spam. If you contact DESO by phone, email or WhatsApp, the information you choose to provide may also be used to respond to that enquiry.

How the information is used

Information is used to respond to scaffolding enquiries, manage leads in the website admin area, maintain email delivery records and protect the site from spam or misuse. DESO may use the details to clarify access requirements, quote accurately, arrange scaffold timing and follow up about the same project.

Who receives it

Validated enquiries are emailed to DESO and stored in the protected admin submission system. Technical providers may process limited information where they host the website, deliver email, provide analytics or help keep the site secure. DESO does not sell enquiry details.

How long it is kept

Lead details are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain business records, respond to follow-up questions and protect against misuse. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised during routine administration.

Analytics and advertising

The site may load Google advertising or analytics tags after interaction or after the page has loaded. These services may set cookies or measure conversions according to their own policies. DESO uses this information to understand which pages and enquiries are useful, not to sell personal data.

Your choices

You can ask DESO to confirm what enquiry information is held, correct inaccurate details or request deletion where there is no continuing business or legal reason to keep it.
