Cookie policy

Last updated 2026-08-29. This page summarises how cookies and similar technologies may be used on this website.

Essential site operation

The public website is designed to work without non-essential cookies. The protected admin area uses session cookies so authorised users can stay logged in, protect form actions and keep unauthorised visitors away from lead submissions.

Lead forms

Contact forms send the information entered by the visitor and include anti-spam checks. They do not require a visitor account. Form submissions may include the page and form location so DESO can understand which enquiry path was used.

Analytics and advertising

Google Ads measurement is optional. On a first visit it is not loaded unless you choose “Accept analytics” in the website choice panel. If you reject analytics, the choice is remembered in this browser and later page visits do not load the measurement script. If you change a previous acceptance to rejection, Google consent is set to denied immediately. You can reopen the panel with the “Cookie choices” button in the footer.

Third-party services

Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, telephone, email and Google services may take you to external providers. Those providers control their own cookies and privacy practices once you interact with them or visit their platforms.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect the admin area but should not stop the public pages from loading. Browser controls usually allow you to clear existing cookies, block third-party cookies or set preferences per website.

Updates

This policy may be updated when site functionality, analytics, advertising or admin tools change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
